         Assured Satisfaction Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our clients. All works acquired come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund your payment minus shipping charges. All pieces must be returned in the same condition as when sent from the gallery. The only exception to the above would be those cases in which a work is a special request commission piece.
        Contact the gallery prior to returning any piece in order to make arrangements for the return. Pieces will not be accepted under our return policy unless such contact and prior arrangements have been made. You will be given instructions for returning the piece at that time.

       It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with their local city, state, and national laws in regards to the shipment of items such as: Animal Claws, Feathers, Bones, Hand Made Artifacts, and other related products. Please, inquire with your local officials about such laws prior to making your purchase. 
         Many Waters Gallery cannot be held responsible for any items that are taken by customs officials or quarantine agencies.
